• A recently renovated 70,000-square-foot clubhouse
• 12 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts
• Golf membership maxes out at 750 members and the courses were designed by Gordon Lewis (opened in 1999) and McCumber designed course (opened in 1987 - private). 
• The Community Center features a 32 acre park located across from the residences. The Center features racquetball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, basketball, tennis, two softball fields, and a multiplicity of classes from aerobics, basketball camps, karate demonstrations, and art classes.
• For added convenience, Vineyards Elementary School and Crossroads Market Shopping Center are linked via bike and walking paths, while the world-renowned Physicians Regional Medical Center is available for comprehensive and emergency healthcare 24 hours a day.
• The Vineyards offers a manned 24-hour guard gate for the majority of properties. There are no Community Development District (CDD) fees (a CDD is where homeowners pay for all the infrastructure add development costs through an independent taxing district created by the developer).
