Rowan and Karyn Samuel were extremely professional and were available to answer any questions and helped with how to clean out the house for new residents. They recommended contractors to correct minor issues, and the contractors were great and on-time. They also recommended an attorney, and they were also excellent and professional and made the closing seamless. Cannot say enough good things about Rowan and Karyn.

Rowan and Karyn Samuel were the best! They encouraged me to do what ended up being the right things to do to present the home in the best possible light. They had a repertoire of vendors to recommend that were quick to work on improvements with pricing that seemed reasonable. They also had knowledge in how to price the house so it fit well in this difficult market. Through the whole process they had organized lists and 'to do's" that kept me as a seller on track so each step of the way went as easily and seamlessly as possible.
