They had a repertoire of vendors to recommend that were quick to work on improvements with pricing that seemed reasonable. They also had knowledge in how to price the house so it fit well in this difficult market. Through the whole process they had organized lists and 'to do's" that kept me as a seller on track so each step of the way went as easily and seamlessly as possible.
