Originally from New England, Karyn Samuel brings her background as a former corporate attorney to every negotiation. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire (magna cum laude) and Penn State Dickinson School of Law (summa cum laude), Karyn practiced corporate and securities law in Philadelphia before transitioning into real estate. Her legal and analytical experience, combined with exceptional communication skills, makes her an expert negotiator and trusted advisor. Karyn is known for her attention to detail, market knowledge, and client-first approach, guiding buyers through stress-free home purchases and keeping sellers informed with real-time feedback and results.

About Rowan Samuel:

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Rowan Samuel relocated to the U.S. in 1980 and graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Advertising. With over 20 years in marketing and business development for Fortune 50 companies and global agencies, Rowan brings an advanced understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and high-end real estate positioning to every listing.

A natural entrepreneur, Rowan co-founded the Naples International Film Festival, and has served on multiple boards including The Park Shore Association, The United Arts Council, and FGCU's Vester Marine Science Advisory Board, showcasing his passion for the arts and community. In addition to real estate, he is also a musician and creative producer, integrating innovative marketing and storytelling into The Samuel Team's brand.
