The Savoy Naples is a luxury beachfront high rise condo built in 1982 and located on Gulf Shore Boulevard in the Park Shore area of Naples.  Similar to other towers on Gulfshore Boulevard, Savoy Naples has had some recent renovations including a new atrium lobby, new glass railing, beachfront pool and spa, two HarTru tennis courts, 24 hour security with gated entry, fitness center, social room and two guest suites.

The key purchase factor of beachfront high rise living is the view, plus the amenities and proximity to the beach.  The views are referred to as "stacks", meaning how the units face a view.  The 01 stack residents enjoy the best direct Gulf of Mexico views while stacks 03 (closest to the beach), 05 and 07 enjoy northwestern views. Stack 02, 04 and 06 feature some view of the Gulf but also bayside views of Venetian Bay.  Stacks 08 & 09 are two story units and offer mostly Venetian Bay views only. Savoy Park Shore owners are permitted to lease their units out 12 times per year with 30 day minimum day leases.  This is a very lenient rental policy for Naples.
