Pinecrest at Pelican Bay is located in the south central portion of Pelican Bay off Ridgewood Drive and is a single family home community. The homes in Pinecrest Pelican Bay were mainly built in the mid 80’s. Most of the homes back up to adjacent homes. Many Pinecrest at Pelican Bay homes offer lake views and this will be reflected in the price. Pinecrest and Pelican Bay Woods are very similar. Both the communities within are brilliantly laid out and are a visual delight. Most of the homes here are 2,000 to 3,000 square feet under air.  Pets are allowed; no HOA approval is required.  Pinecrest Pelican Bay owners can lease their homes up to twice a year for a minimum of 30 days (per lease).  Many of the homes date to the mid-1980s with subsequent rebuilds and luxurious updates.
