Hyde Park at Pelican Bay is a condo community on Gulf Park Drive across the street from the Commons, tennis courts and beach tram.  Hyde Park has a total of 4 buildings with 3 of the buildings - A (built in 1983), B (built in 1983) and C (built in 1998) being five floor mid rise buildings with 30 units each (six stacks and six of units are top floor penthouses) that have views of the 17th fairway of the Pelican Bay golf course. Building T (built in 1984) is a low rise condo building, which are referred to as the "tennis" villas; that building has four stacks, two floors and a total of 8 units with preserve views. Hyde Park condo units range from 1,404 to 2,402 square feet of living space. Hyde Park condo unit owners can lease their units twice a year for a minimum of 90 days (per lease).  Pets are allowed, one pet with a weight limit of 20 lbs.
