Avalon at Pelican Bay Naples  is a gated low rise condo community that was built between and 1992 and 1994 and is located at the corner of Pelican Bay Boulevard and Hammock Oak Dr. and at the north end of Pelican Bay.  Avalon Pelican Bay condos feature floor plans ranging from 1,274 square feet to 1,800 square feet, with lake views and/or preserve views and feature two to four bedroom units.  Avalon Pelican Bay condo unit owners can lease their units once per year with a 30 day minimum (per lease). Pets are also allowed  - owners can keep 2 dogs (20 lb limit) or 2 cats in each unit, tenants cannot have pets.  Note that Avalon condo units have up to three floors and there are no units with elevators here.  Avalon at Pelican Bay offers a vibrant, low-maintenance lifestyle in one of Naples’ most coveted coastal communities.
