The Colonade at Park Shore is a gated community centrally located on Park Shore Drive in Naples, just a few blocks from the Park Shore beach.
One of our favorite Naples neighborhoods, Park Shore is a residential area of single family homes and condominiums located along the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Naples, Florida. Developed in the 1970s, Park Shore was the first "master planned"neighborhood in Naples.
The Colonade features a total of 128 residential units, with floor plan sizes from 2,000 to 2,900 square feet, with a 1.3 acre lake with fountains and a partial seawall in the middle of the community.
The Colonade amenities include a clubhouse with a kitchen and library, a resort style pool and spa and a recently updated fitness center. What makes this community so special is that it is within walking distance of Venetian Village, the Gulf of Mexico and the beach and is a short drive to Old Naples.

The Colonade at Park Shore owners can lease their units four times a year with a 90 day minimum. Pets are allowed - two pets up to 40 lbs weight limit.
